Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your product. However, if the product is damaged or defective you may return it to us for a refund only. See below for more information about our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty(30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in unused condition, with all original tags or labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return on an item, please email customer service at dsleathercraft1@gmail.com with your reason for return to obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return using the pre-paid return shipping label enclosed in your item item package.

Shipping will not be covered by us if the return shipping label is not used.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven(7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement, depending on the company you go through. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
